>> How Do I find a particular product I am looking for?

We carry 1000's of products, and can source 1000's more so if you are looking for something special, drop us an email :  info@pharmacycare.com.au  
 
  1. Firstly you will need a valid prescription written by an Australian Doctor (Sorry we cannot accept international prescriptions).  
  2. You then need to print a prescription order form
  3. Then simply post your prescription with your name and details attached to it.
  4. We will dispense and dispatch it for you within 24 hrs of receiving your prescription.

YES - We have a special prescription order form
 
By law some products require a patient profile to be completed.  This just informs us of any allergies and other medications you are taking etc.   Your patient profile is ONLY used for ascertaining information that may be relevant to supplying you the particular medication that you have requested.  It is not used for any other purpose and is strictly private and confidential. 

>> The product I require says that I need a prescription - What do I do?

  1. Firstly you will need a valid prescription written by an Australian Doctor (Sorry we cannot accept international prescriptions).  
  2. You then need to submit a prescription order form

>> Can I fax my prescription ?
Sorry - But by law, we cannot accept fax prescriptions. 

The laws governing pharmacy in Australia state that "Pharmacist only medication" requires counselling from a Pharmacist.    By seeing your Doctor and getting a prescription, this means that your Doctor has determined that there is a therapeutic need for that particular medication and provided the appropriate counselling.
 
YES - You can order any products, except for prescription lines.  We ship hundreds of orders all over the world.  So please let us know if you are looking for something special.
 

We work very hard on our ecommerce model - But if something does not work for you or you are having any problems at all please email us and we will help you out as soon as we possibly can.
 

If an item is out of stock and it will take more than a day to get it in stock, one of our customer support team will either email or call you to let you know.
 

Your order will cost you the total cost of the products that you ordered plus the cost of any applicable postage.

- Metropolitan Areas in Australia: 0-2kg - $5.95 / Over 2kg – at Australia Post cost
- Regional and Country Areas within Australia: 0-2kg - $6.95 / Over 2kg – at Australia Post cost
- International Orders (outside Australia):  At Australia Post Cost plus $3.95us

How do we do it?
For other orders we charge fair prices that cover our costs. Products that carry surcharges do so only because they're heavy or bulky. If you shipped an item yourself, you'd have to pay as much or more than we charge to ship to you.

YES - When you place an order online or with us, your personal information and credit card information are encrypted using SSL encryption technology before being sent over the Internet, making it virtually impossible for your information to be stolen or intercepted while being transferred. 

When you enter the "Checkout Area" - A new page will open in a new browser, this browser will have a padlock in the bottom status bar, this is your guarantee that you are on a secure server.


Your order is normally dispatched within 24hrs of us receiving it (Monday-Friday).  It is dispatched by Australia Post.  The times below are indicative only.
- Metropolitan Areas in Australia - 4-7 days
- Regional and Country Areas within Australia - 5-10 days
- International Orders (outside Australia)
- 14-21 days
 

YES - You will receive an order confirmation after we have received your order.  This will give you an "Order Number" which can be used as a reference number if you have any questions regarding your order.
 

YES - Simply email us quoting your "Order Number" and we email you back with the status of your order.
 

For your privacy and security, your parcel will be plain and unmarked. If your order contains "Prescription Medication" You or an authorised person may need to sign for your order.  You will also receive a "Medication Information" sheet with your order to help you use and store your medications wisely. 
 

Our highest priority is your complete satisfaction. 
 
Non-prescription items are returnable for a refund under certain conditions. 

The goods must be returned in perfect saleable condition without being opened and/or tampered with.

You must notify us with in 7days from receiving the order

You will need to request a refund by emailing us and advising us of your problem - Please include your order number.


You can cancel your order up until the order has been dispatched, by emailing us and advising us - Please include your order number.
 

We are bound by the National Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 of the Commonwealth of Australia.

You have a number of rights under this legislation, including the right to access the personal information that we may hold about you.

Much of the information we hold must be collected because the law requires it.  For example, details of your prescriptions are required to be collected under the National Health Act and State or Territory Pharmacy legislation.

You need to be aware that if you do not provide us with certain information about yourself, in some circumstances we may be unable to provide a service that you require.

We recognize your right to confidentiality and are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information that we collect on our site to provide you with a superior shopping experience.  With all prescriptions sent to us we require a completed accompanying order form.  This provides us with certain medical details land will ensure that we are able to identify any potential drug, health or allergic interactions. 

We protect your information against unauthorized access or release. We will not give, sell, rent, or loan any identifiable personal information to any third party, unless you have authorized us to or we are legally required to do so.

If we ever change our privacy policy, we will post any changes on this page so that you are always aware of the information that we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.
